EcoDrop POD
The Ecodrop POD is Jovan Eco Hause's spherical geodesic bungalow, offered in 28 m² and 36 m² variants (this listing covers the 28 m² version). It sits on a 9 m diameter wooden platform with a 7 m interior floor (no foundation or ground preparation required) and is engineered for 120 km/h wind loads. Delivered turnkey and fully autonomous: 5 kW solar array with 10 kW battery, 2,000 L water reservoir, biological sewage treatment plant. The front wall is aluminium-framed insulating glass (5+9A+5); the roof uses a three-layer 850 gsm PVC cover with cork insulation; walls are 1.4N flame-retardant canvas with cotton insulation. Interior is natural wood with hand-made furnishings, finished only with natural oils. Includes bathroom, kitchen and a wood-burning fireplace ("The cold nights in Portugal will no longer be a problem"). Prices are quote-only.
