Designed for full-time dwelling, these homes are site-installed on a foundation or piles and built to local building codes, requiring a permit from the municipality. The Foundation Series includes features like in-floor heating with a 95% high-efficiency furnace, R22 wall and R40 ceiling fiberglass batt insulation, and a stainless steel range hood fan. Ideal as permanent dwellings, backyard suites, or ADUs, these homes are customizable to suit individual needs and preferences.
