NAHB International Builders' Show (IBS)
About the event The NAHB International Builders' Show (IBS) 2027 is North America's largest annual residential construction trade show, returning to Las Vegas in February. The event anticipates 78,000 building professionals from over 27,000 organizations. More than 1,700 exhibitors will present brands and products across the show floor.
This 2027 edition will feature two official show homes available for registered attendees to tour: The New American Home (TNAH) and The New American Remodel (TNAR). The New American Home 2027 is taking shape towards high-performance goals, as evidenced by its Phase 3 development. These homes demonstrate innovative residential construction and product use.
What visitors will find Visitors will gain entry to both the IBS and KBIS exhibit floors, along with access to the IBS Centrals. The show includes dedicated IBS Education Sessions available from Tuesday, February 2, through Thursday, February 4. Attendees can explore various offerings at the IBS Store, Powered by NAHB BuilderBooks, during show hours.
The event will showcase Outdoor Exhibits each day of the show. Registered attendees have the opportunity to tour The New American Home (TNAH) and The New American Remodel (TNAR), the two official show homes for IBS 2027. The DCW Opening Ceremonies are scheduled for Tuesday morning, February 2.
Tickets & entry IBS 2027 offers several registration packages, including an Expo Pass and an Expo+Education Pass, with pricing varying by membership status and registration period. The September registration period runs from September 1 to September 30, 2026, followed by Early, Regular, and Onsite periods. Early registration is available from October 1 to December 11, 2026.
During the September period, NAHB members can claim a free Expo Pass, while non-members can purchase an Expo Pass for $80. An NAHB member Expo+Education Pass is $450 in September, increasing to $825 for onsite registration. A non-member Expo+Education Pass costs $625 in September, with the onsite price reaching $1,025.
NAHB members can register their spouse for free during September; after this period, spouse registration costs $50. First-time NAHB member attendees are eligible for a special Expo+Education Pass rate of $195 across all registration periods. This first-time attendee pricing is available to current members of a local HBA affiliated with NAHB.
Getting there The NAHB International Builders' Show 2027 takes place at the Las Vegas Convention Center, located at 3150 Paradise Road in Las Vegas, NV 89109. Hotel shuttle service will be provided daily from 6:30 AM to 6 PM for official show hotels not within walking distance of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Attendees can book hotel rooms within the IBS hotel block, with no deposit charged until January. The deadline for reserving rooms within the general IBS room block is Monday, January 11, 2027. HBA Hotel room blocks must be reserved by Thursday, December 3, 2026.
