The Bark Lake Cabin is one of BHC's published example configurations of its modular cabin systems: 5 modules plus deck, two-thirds window wall, Layout H, 1,826 sq ft, up to 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (sleeps 6 to 12), with an optional loft of 56 to 112 sq ft. Shell kit: insulated floor, wall and roof panels, windows, doors and exterior cladding. Interior finishes, shipping, foundations and assembly are not included. Bedroom and bathroom counts are the maximum for this configuration; BHC notes clients can choose layouts with fewer. Price is BHC's published example budget in CAD, subject to change, excluding permits and taxes.
