Tiny Home Romania

Tiny Home România specializes in the design and construction of mobile tiny homes, built with a passion for creating sustainable living spaces. Inspired by the global tiny house movement, the company aims to support the growing community of tiny home enthusiasts in Romania. They distinguish themselves by building mobile homes on lightweight metal structures, ensuring durability for over 50 years. Their commitment to modularity, flexibility, quality, sustainability, and multifunctional design guides their construction process.

The company offers three types of tiny homes: Tiny Shell (walls and utilities), Tiny Deluxe (standard furniture, customizable interior/exterior), and Tiny Smart Deluxe (includes smart home technology and off-grid systems). These homes are designed with a focus on efficiency, intuitiveness, and modern aesthetics, with options for smart home integration using Google/Alexa. The use of quality, eco-friendly, and sustainable building materials further underscores their commitment to environmental responsibility. The company's location is listed as Baia Sprie, Maramures, Romania, although they also mention a presence in Bucharest.

Tiny Home România focuses on tiny houses on wheels (THOW), offering opportunities for flexible living and travel. Their team possesses over 15 years of international experience in structural engineering, IT, management, architecture, and design, which contributes to their expertise in creating functional and appealing tiny homes. Although they primarily focus on mobile homes, they offer guidance for clients interested in modular homes exceeding standard dimensions, potentially directing them to partners. The company aims to transform dreams into reality by providing personalized designs based on client needs and preferences, with estimated construction timelines of 60-90 days after design confirmation and deposit. Pricing varies significantly based on factors such as trailer type, size, features, and off-grid capabilities, with costs ranging from €20,000 to €60,000+.
