The Fogo Island Cabin is one of BHC's published example configurations of its modular cabin systems: 3 modules plus deck, two-thirds window wall, Layout F, 1,205 sq ft, up to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 4 to 8; 2 to 3 bathrooms depending on layout), with an optional loft of 56 to 112 sq ft. Shell kit: insulated floor, wall and roof panels, windows, doors and exterior cladding. Interior finishes, shipping, foundations and assembly are not included. Bedroom and bathroom counts are the maximum for this configuration; BHC notes clients can choose layouts with fewer. Price is BHC's published example budget in CAD, subject to change, excluding permits and taxes.
