Shell kit: insulated floor, wall and roof panels, windows, doors and exterior cladding. Interior finishes, shipping, foundations and assembly are not included. Bedroom and bathroom counts are the maximum for this configuration; BHC notes clients can choose layouts with fewer. Price is BHC's published example budget in CAD, subject to change, excluding permits and taxes.
