The Eco Mountain House (also referenced as Eco Modular House on the manufacturer's site) is Jovan Eco Hause's ~65 m² off-grid modular home. It is built with Light Steel Frame (LSF) construction, clad in native Algarvian cork tiles paired with "state-of-the-art insulation materials" that Jovan describes as "eco-friendly and fire retardant." No foundation is required. It is delivered as a turnkey autonomous package: solar power with battery storage carrying a 10-year warranty, individual biological wastewater treatment, spring water supply, and an Eco-Pair single-room energy recovery ventilator quoted at up to 97% efficiency.
