Über Nomad Micro Homes
Nomad Micro Homes produces modular, turn-key homes. Their solution involves well-designed smaller spaces, prefabrication, and advanced technologies. The shell structure is made of engineered galvanized-steel tube and connectors, with galvanized metal sheet in aluminum frames for cladding. Roof structures use Polyiso insulated metal roof panels, and wall insulation is R28 Fiberglass Batts. Homes are delivered as building components on multiple pallets, including structure components, sheet metal, windows, wood, insulation, doors, fixtures, flooring, and roof panels. These modular homes are assembled in 40 hours.
Among their offerings is the NOMAD Cube 3 Modular Home, which measures 375 sq ft.

Nelson Homes Canada
Nelson Homes is a Canadian prefabricated home builder based in Alberta, founded in 1958 when Ray and Austin Nelson opened the Nelson Homes division of Nelson Lumber Company. The company builds four product lines: - Ready-to-Move (RTM) homes: fully constructed at the factory and delivered on a truck, designed to sit on a full basement. - Prefabricated home packages: panelized systems delivered in pre-built sections for on-site assembly. - Self-Contained RTM homes: freestanding units that don't require a basement, suited to cottages and secondary dwellings. - Custom house plans. Manufacturing runs out of two Alberta sales centres: Lloydminster (Highway 16 West, Kam's Industrial Park) and High River (Highway 2A). Nelson maintains dealers across Canada, and Quick Possession RTM inventory is available for immediate delivery within Alberta, Saskatchewan and parts of Manitoba. A separate United States operation runs at nelson-homes.com. Nelson's plan library is organised into the Nextmark Series, the Prairie Collection, and Cottage & Lake Plans. Base plans are priced on request; only currently-built Quick Possession units carry public prices.
